Salon Policy

- Refunds on services will not be issued.

Should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received, please notify your stylist within seven days of your service.

If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. We will gladly redo your hair within the first two weeks of initial service.

- Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may not be able to provide the full service for which you are scheduled. At that time you will have the option to receive part of services booked or may reschedule your appointment for another day/time.

- If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 7 days after sale date and we will be happy to offer an exchange/refund.

All returned products must be in their original, unopened and unused condition. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any opened/used products.

- We gladly accept all major credit cards as well as cash. Personal Checks are not accepted.

Cancellation/No Call No Show Policy

-Effective January 1st,2018, all cancellations must be at least 24 hours in advance from the time of your appointment.

-Any cancellation not within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of your scheduled service.

-Any no call/no show will result in a fee in the amount of 100% of your canceled service.

If you cancel same day or no call/ no show twice you will no longer be able to book an appointment with me.
